Responsibilities

• Lead the shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse environment.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including adjustments to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Delegate tasks to other employees and/or coordinate the work of two or more employees.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, proper cash handling, and store safety and security.
