Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking product temperatures.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products while maintaining knowledge of plaza offerings.
• Assist in training new team members and ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Report observations, concerns, or problems to plaza leadership.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, policies, and converse with customers.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
