Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift, ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with job duties, brand standards, and food safety requirements.
• Assist in training newly hired team members and monitor compliance with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service, engage in positive interactions with travelers, and resolve customer complaints appropriately.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, accurately process payments, and follow cash handling and customer service policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking product temperatures.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products while maintaining knowledge of plaza offerings.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of any observations, concerns, or problems.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, policies, and converse comfortably with customers.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
