Responsibilities

• Lead shifts by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, complete job duties, and follow brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Assist in training newly hired team members and monitor compliance with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Lead the activities of team members during shifts.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints appropriately.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures/checklists according to company policies.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking product temperatures.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies and procedures.
• Inform plaza leadership of any observations, concerns, or problems.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Able to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
