Shift Supervisor - Manhattan, Evening and Overnight

About the role

Supervise Community Technicians and assist the Operations Coordinator with departmental oversight, including record keeping, statistical reports, unit coverage, and client care or crisis intervention. Provide emergency first aid and CPR assistance as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (B.A. preferred)
• One year of supervisory experience preferred
• Experience working with homeless, mentally ill, or substance abuse populations preferred
• Experience in residential settings preferred
• Strong writing skills and computer literacy
• First Aid and Fire Safety certification, or ability to obtain these credentials
• CPR training certification or willingness to complete training
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Schedule

Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week. Evening and overnight schedules available.
