Shift Supervisor - Lead Barista, Starbucks, Nashville, #327

The Shift Supervisor for Gopuff's Starbucks Operations team reports to the Site Leader and plays a crucial role in ensuring order accuracy and efficient service to customers. Key responsibilities include:

1. Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume or unusual events
2. Anticipate customer and store needs
3. Communicate information to the manager
4. Assist with new employee training
5. Provide feedback to the manager on employee performance
6. Create a positive learning environment
7. Execute store operations during scheduled shifts
8. Organize opening and closing duties

This role requires a welcoming and helpful attitude towards new team members, and a focus on quality and attention to detail. Qualifications include 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent experience, plus 1 year of leadership in a cafe. ServeSafe certification is preferred, along with a Starbucks or similar fast-paced cafe experience.
