Pay

• Competitive pay: $20.09/hour
• Full-time, 40-hour work week

Schedule

• Option 1: Friday & Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Sunday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM; Monday & Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Weekend availability is required

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of Security Officers
• Lead by example while maintaining a professional security presence
• Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and sound judgment
• Complete accurate reports and documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact between site management and the security team
• Ensure officers are following post orders, company policies, and customer service standards

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security experience required
• Previous supervisory, team lead, military, or law enforcement experience strongly preferred
• Active New York State Security Guard License required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and completing incident reports
• Able to walk and stand for the duration of the shift
• Reliable transportation required
• Must
