Shift Supervisor / Key Hourly

About the role

This is an hourly team leader role with keyholder and shift supervisor responsibilities, focusing on assisting managers in running the restaurant. The role includes shift supervisory and shift lead duties, ensuring high-quality food is prepared and served to customers. This position is for front-of-house or back-of-house key team leaders.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older (based on local restrictions)
• 1+ years of current full-service restaurant manager experience
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay

Team members typically average $25 to $30 per hour. However, because this is a tipped role, this is not guaranteed. You will be paid a base of $2.13 plus tip share.
