SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Responsibilities
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience required.
Pay
$22.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour.
Schedule
Full-time schedule. Days and hours may vary; 2nd and 3rd shifts. More details upon interview.
