SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
Job Summary
Morrison Living is hiring immediate full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at the Indiana Veterans Home located at 3851 North River Road, West Lafayette, IN 47906. The schedule is full-time, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, with days varying.
Requirements
Prior food service and senior living management experience is required.
Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide training and create work schedules
- Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
- May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
