About the role

We are seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, direct associates, and ensure tasks are completed according to policy and standards in a healthcare food service environment. The role requires a focus on quality, safety, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and create work schedules
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers
• Prepare reports on production or sales for management
• Serve as the main contact for employee requests and complaints
• Mentor and encourage employee development and goal-setting
• Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Relevant skills in leadership, communication, and performance management
