SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About the role
Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR at Fitzgibbon Hospital located at 2305 South Highway 65, Marshall, MO 65340. Online applications are accepted only. Responsibilities
- Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift
- Oversight of assigned job expectations while maintaining policies and procedures
- Provide training and create work schedules
- Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
- May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
