SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR at Mission Hospital - 509 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801. Online applications are accepted only. The shift is from 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, with rotating weekends included. Previous supervisory experience for at least one year is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift
• Oversight of assigned job expectations while maintaining policies and procedures
• Provide training and create work schedules
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience required.

Pay

$20.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour.

Schedule
