SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediate full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Uchicago Advent Health Bolingbrook Hospital located at 500 Remington Boulevard, Bolingbrook, IL 60440. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. The pay range is $19.50 to $22.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee completion of assigned job expectations while maintaining policies and procedures.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prior supervisor experience is preferred.
