SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR at Desert Regional Medical Center located at 1150 North Indian Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, CA 92262. Online applications are accepted only. The position requires weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift
• Oversight of assigned job expectations while maintaining policies and procedures
• Provide training and create work schedules
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining underperformers
• Prepare production or sales reports for management
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Prior food service and supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

Fixed Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour.
