SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About the role
Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR at MUSC Columbia NE. The position requires previous patient services and supervisory experience. The fixed pay rate is $18.25 per hour. The role involves direct supervision of associates during a specific shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and create work schedules
- Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining underperformers
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding complaints or requests for time off
- May serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous patient services and supervisory experience required.
