SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About the role
Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR at Ballad Health - Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA. The position requires previous food service and supervisory/lead experience and offers opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and create work schedules
- Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees
- Prepare production or sales reports for management
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
- May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule
Full time schedule. 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, days may vary; rotating weekends and holidays.
