SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor position at Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital, located at 23900 Katy Freeway, Katy, TX 77494. The schedule is full-time and flexible, with days and hours that may vary, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
• Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Previous food service management experience is required.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.
