SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About the role
Fresh Ideas is seeking immediate full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Harris-Stowe State University. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday with potential weekend shifts. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and create work schedules
- Evaluate worker performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining underperformers
- Prepare and ensure production/sales reports meet quality, productivity, and safety standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee complaints or time-off requests
- Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal-setting and advancement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Prior customer service and supervisory experience is required, with the ability to follow company guidelines.
