About the role

The Shift Supervisor oversees daily operations during a specific shift, ensuring staff performance, policy adherence, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and create work schedules
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and address disciplinary issues
• Prepare reports on production or sales for management
• Serve as the main contact for employee complaints and requests
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging career growth
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Hospitality and customer service experience are required
• Ability to lead, evaluate performance, and foster team development is essential
