SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL AND PART TIME)

About the role

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees, develop their skills, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a food service setting.

Pay

$20.00 per hour to $23.00

Schedule

• Full and part time schedules
• Friday – Thursday, 4–5 days a week
• Closing shift preferred
• Open availability preferred
• Varying hours between 6:00 AM and 11:30 PM
