What We Ask Of You
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing passionate hospitality, thoroughly cleaning & stocking, processing accurate payment transactions, preparing & serving quality food, and a variety of other duties will assist in meeting the needs of our customers in transit.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Cash handling and customer service experience required.
- Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
Requirements
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
