Shift Supervisor

Role Summary

The Shift Supervisor will assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, achieve key performance metrics, and ensure the efficient daily operation of the store.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Maintain consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
• Review, communicate, and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and assure that any changes are communicated to employees
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
• Maintain inventory
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

Skills And Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
• Prior cash handling experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.), comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunication devices
• Able to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely

Physical Requirements

• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, including tight spaces
• Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery)
• Sometimes required to remain in a seated position

Work Schedule

Up to 40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
