Shift Supervisor

Role Overview A Shift Supervisor supports store management by driving store performance and ensuring excellent customer service. When managers are absent, they lead store staff, oversee operations, and ensure timely completion of opening and closing procedures. Key Responsibilities Supervise and communicate effectively with store team membersAssist customers, handle inquiries, complaints, and promote a positive shopping experienceMaintain customer confidentiality and uphold service standardsPrice, stock, and display merchandise, including seasonal and promotional itemsReset departments following planograms and execute store displays Qualifications & Skills Strong analytical, communication, and supervision skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including early mornings, overnights, and weekendsExperience in retail supervision preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredProficiency in computer use and deductive reasoning Additional Info Part-time role averaging 29 hours/weekPay range: $17.92 - $26.92/hour, depending on experience and locationEligible for benefits including dental, vision, wellness resources, employee discounts, and voluntary programs
