About the role
Our restaurant portfolio at Newark Liberty International Airport includes Flavortown, Jersey Mike's, Felina, Playa Bowls, Sora Sushi, Smokehouse, and more. Our Shift Supervisors play an important role in the day-to-day running of the business. You'll work on shift with the team to cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensure that best practices are being followed, and hold the team accountable for providing a safe and clean environment for our employees and guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading a team in a Quick Service Restaurant or Fast-Food environment
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Knowledge of food safety
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong leadership & communication skills
