Safety

Teach and lead the safety process and best manufacturing practices for assigned shift.

Coordinate production scheduling on shift to meet customer demands, manage overtime, minimize inventory, and reduce costs.

Identify, propose, and implement capital projects to improve operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Teach and lead the safety process and best manufacturing practices for assigned shift.
• Cook up production schedules on shift to meet customer demands, manage overtime, minimize inventory, and reduce costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and work to meet performance metrics using tools like SPS, 6 Sigma, Kaizen events, and lean manufacturing.
• Build and maintain productive relationships that foster employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide direction, training, and development of hourly employees on assigned shift as well as counseling or discipline as needed.
• Identify, propose, and implement capital projects to improve operational performance.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, science and engineering - strongly preferred
• At least 2+ years of supervisory experience

Benefits

Annual base salary range: $105,520 to $118,710, plus a monthly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this role is from $105,520 to $118,710, plus a monthly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.

Schedule

This position is full-time.
