Shift Supervisor
Position Overview
S:US is seeking a Shift Supervisor for their men's shelter in Brooklyn. This position is located at Ralph Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11233.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in Security or Building Maintenance is required
- Ability to provide crisis intervention utilizing good interpersonal skills with a high level of maturity and responsibility
- Experience in office management and/or staff supervision is required
- Experience working in a large residential/institutional setting with a special needs’ population is required
- Strong writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills required
- F-80 is required
- Security license is mandatory but may be obtained within 6 months if hired
