SHIFT SUPERVISOR

What you’ll do:

• Ensure ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements.
• Supervise Unit Managers and other staff as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services or any equivalent combination of years' experience, education and/or training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Military experience and training are acceptable.
• Three (3) years of experience in a juvenile treatment (Residential, Behavioral, Detention, Corrections, etc.).
• One (1) year supervisory experience.
• Possess a working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture behavior modification program.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

• Wednesday 3:30 pm- 10:30 pm
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9:30 am- 10:30pm
