About the Role
The Shift Supervisor is a member of the Site Management Team responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations. They ensure that Rite of Passage (ROP) programs are implemented according to ROP policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local licensing requirements. This role requires full and direct supervision of at least two full-time employees.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Rite of Passage programs are implemented according to policies and procedures and licensing requirements.
- Manage and supervise Group Living operations.
- Supervise a minimum of two full-time employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three (3) years of experience in a juvenile treatment setting (Residential, Behavioral, Dentition, Corrections, etc.).
- One (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Military experience and training is acceptable.
- Must meet all individual state-specific licensing requirements in addition to Rite of Passage requirements regarding education and experience.
