SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Roadmap

The Shift Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of Group Living services at Pompano Youth Academy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Group Living operations under the guidance of the Director of Group Living and/or Program Director.
• Ensure that Rite of Passage (ROP) programs are implemented according to ROP policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local licensing requirements.
• Directly supervise a minimum of two full-time employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in juvenile treatment settings, including Residential, Behavioral, Dentition, Corrections, etc.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Must meet all individual state-specific licensing requirements in addition to Rite of Passage (ROP) requirements regarding education and experience.
