Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center (MJTC) is a 40-bed, all-boys program located on 236 acres at the foot of the stunning Poteau Mountains, offering breathtaking lakeview sunsets and fresh mountain air. The Shift Supervisor is a member of the Site Management Team, primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living and/or Program Director. Ensures ROP programs are implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State, and Local licensing requirements. This position must have full and direct supervision of a minimum of two full-time employees.

- Ensure ROP programs comply with ROP policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
- Supervise a minimum of two full-time employees.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services, or related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in juvenile treatment (Residential, Behavioral, Detention, Corrections, etc.).
- One (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Current staff must have Youth Care 101 and Essential Subjects Training completed.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical, and TB test.
- Ability to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
- Must meet the requirements of an ROP-eligible driver, including a valid Driver’s License.
Pay
$48,000/year (negotiable based on experience).

Schedule
3 days on/2 days off – 2 days on/3 off rotation.
