SHIFT SUPERVISOR

What You Will Do

• Supervise Unit Managers and Direct Care Staff to ensure consistency in implementing the Positive Operational Culture and other behavioral management programs.
• Oversee daily operations of residential units, including staff scheduling, crisis intervention, and incident reporting.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local licensing requirements, as well as ROP policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for staff to enhance team performance and effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
• Respond to and manage crisis situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals involved.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of incidents, staff performance, and program operations.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a residential treatment facility setting (related or equivalent experience may be considered with approval).
• A working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture Behavior modification program.
• A demonstrated ability to manage multiple individuals and projects.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Qualifications

To be considered, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field (social work, psychology, etc.) or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a residential treatment facility setting.
• Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of behavior modification programs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

$53k - $68k (depending on education and experience)
