What You Will Do
- Shift Supervisors are primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living and/or Program Director.
- Ensure ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements.
- Oversee and monitor the facility and daily schedules to ensure all students and staff are in compliance and on time for all program elements.
- Monitor and supervise site operations throughout the day to ensure safety and security of staff and students and proper supervision is maintained.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelors Degree in a Related Field
- Three years of experience working with at-risk youth
- One year of supervisory experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC for pre-employment), physical, and TB test
- Pass a search of the child abuse central registry

Schedule
- 3.5/days on and 3.5 days off
