SHIFT SUPERVISOR

About the role

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor at Hope Forest Academy, an affiliate of Rite of Passage. Our team is dedicated to inspiring positive change in the lives of youth through evidence-based practices and a supportive therapeutic approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Rite of Passage programs are implemented in accordance with policies and procedures and licensing requirements.
• Supervise Unit Managers and other staff.
• Manage daily operations of Group Living.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services OR equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in a juvenile treatment setting.
• One (1) year supervisory experience.
• A demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Skills

• Working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture behavior modification program.
