Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching and supervision for all staff on assigned staff.
• Guides the implementation of the discharge planning process.
• Completes assessments for individuals brought to the facility, developing treatment plans and recovery solutions in partnership with the individual.
• Partners with the individual to obtain collateral information from the individual’s support team such as family members, friends, case managers and other area programs.
• Determines a provisional diagnosis, obtains documentation of medical necessity and submits authorizations for service in a timely fashion.
• Completes clinical documentation as required.
• Ensures Incident Reports are initiated, completed, reviewed and submitted according to policy.
• Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
• Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
• Performs other related duties assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required.
• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Peer Specialist, or equivalent.
• Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required. Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field preferred.
• State designation as required per state regulations.

Qualifications

• Education/Licenses: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Peer Specialist, or equivalent.
• Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required. Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field preferred.
• State designation as required per state regulations.

Pay

• $42.00 - $43.00/hour

Schedule

• Nights - 7:00PM-7:30AM Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Every other Wednesday.

• Crisis - Peoria RRC/Retreat
