Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, coaching and supervision for all staff on assigned staff.
- Guides the implementation of the discharge planning process.
- Completes assessments for individuals brought to the facility, developing treatment plans and recovery solutions in partnership with the individual.
- Partners with the individual to obtain collateral information from the individual’s support team such as family members, friends, case managers and other area programs.
- Determines a provisional diagnosis, obtains documentation of medical necessity and submits authorizations for service in a timely fashion.
- Completes clinical documentation as required.
- Ensures Incident Reports are initiated, completed, reviewed and submitted according to policy.
- Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
- Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
- Performs other related duties assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required.
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Peer Specialist, or equivalent.
- Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required. Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field preferred.
- State designation as required per state regulations.
Qualifications
- Education/Licenses: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Peer Specialist, or equivalent.
- Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required. Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field preferred.
- State designation as required per state regulations.

Pay
- $42.00 - $43.00/hour
Schedule
- Nights - 7:00PM-7:30AM Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Every other Wednesday.
