Shift Supervisor

Compensation: Manual Entry of Wage/Tip Combo when combining hourly wage of $13.75 and average tips of Manual Entry of Tip avg earned at this location!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by doing the following key tasks: Deployment, Training, Operating Systems & Equipment Maintenance, Food Safety, Guest & Squad Member Concerns Resolution, Cash Management, Inventory Management, Checklist Compliance, and Communication.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven success in following and enforcing processes and standards; correcting and coaching in a compassionate manner.
• Ability to be a calming presence in periods of high volume.
• Obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date or sooner where required by law.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to support restaurant hours working a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.
