Shift Supervisor

About the role

LUV Car Wash is growing rapidly, with nearly 90 locations across six states. We’re looking for a Shift Supervisor to help us deliver a safe, clean, and friendly car-wash experience while promoting our membership options. This role reports to the General Manager and is non-exempt.

Responsibilities

• Direct guests and vehicles onto the car-wash conveyor.
• Discuss membership options with every customer.
• Perform opening and closing procedures daily.
• Supervise daily duties and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Assist customers at self-service kiosks.
• Market and brand LUV membership options.
• Clean the tunnel and equipment.
• Follow all LUV policies and procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older (preferred).
• Physical ability to move equipment and tools.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety and hazard details.
• Basic knowledge of car features.
• Ability to stand for a full shift.
