Responsibilities
- Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
- Carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
- Serve as supervisor for store’s crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities in the absence of store management
- Represent management in resolving customer service issues
Qualifications
- Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
- PREFERRED: AS Degree or Higher
- PREFERRED: 2 or more years previous experience in related position
Special Conditions of Employment
- Drug test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
- Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
Compensation
$17.00-18.50 per hour
