Shift Supervisor

Job Duties

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• Carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• Serve as supervisor for the store’s crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities, in the absence of store management
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Prior experience preferred: 2 or more years in a related position

Special Conditions Of Employment

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation

$17.00-18.50 per hour
