Shift Supervisor

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and unbiased guidance to customers on a wide range of products including lingerie, erotica, sex toys, and novelties.
• Offer advice, tips, and product suggestions to help customers discover new ways to express themselves.
• Host and participate in events such as pleasure parties, game nights, and other community activities to engage with customers and foster a sense of community.
• Ensure all interactions are welcoming and respectful, regardless of individual preferences or identities.

Requirements

• A strong passion for sexual exploration and free expression.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively.
• Comfortable with diverse customer backgrounds and identities.
• Willingness to learn from trusted vendors and stay updated on product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
