Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of employees during assigned shifts
• Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints
• Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are met
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a shift leader or supervisor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
