Shift Supervisor

About the role

The Night Manager position at City Wide is ideal for individuals with experience in building maintenance, janitorial services, or a similar industry. Key responsibilities include managing contract compliance, maintaining relationships with independent contractors, and ensuring quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services
• Maintain the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors
• Review the scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account
• Communicate with the Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention
• Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment
• Execute City Wide's New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment, and their proper use
• Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines, and discharge if not meeting the service level agreement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry
• 3 years of prior experience in management, coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations
• Building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry experience a plus
• Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
