About the role

Our Shift Supervisors create a BUZZ that is felt, seen, heard & remembered. We seek those who are:

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order.
• Help run and administer a smooth schedule for breaks, meal periods, and shifts.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks.
• Lead all shift duties as directed by the manager on duty.
• Lead store cleanliness and safety – always ready for guests and teammates.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team.
• Responsible for balancing and managing deposits.
• Active in inventory and waste management.
• Adhere to opening and closing duties checklist and procedures.
• Perform all other duties at the discretion of the store manager or other members of leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Previous fast-paced coffee experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Drive-Thru experience is preferred.
• Guest service focused, solution oriented.
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service.
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be available to work 28 hours/week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work a mixture of open, closes, and mid-shifts as dictated by the business needs.

Pay

Base pay is $20.50 per hour.
