Shift Supervisor - 3rd Shift

About the role

The Shift Supervisor ensures programmatic and administrative activities are carried out. They ensure the safety, welfare and the preservation of rights of clients. They coordinate, supervise, and assist with activities on assigned shift and will coordinate with the Shift Coordinators that time and attendance policies are enforced.

Responsibilities

• Ensure programmatic and administrative activities are carried out.
• Ensure the safety, welfare and the preservation of rights of clients.
• Cookordination, supervision, and assistance with activities on assigned shift.
• Cookordination with the Shift Coordinators to enforce time and attendance policies.
• Adhere to responsibilities outlined in off-campus trips policy.
• Become familiar with policies and procedures and adhere to as warranted.

Requirements

• IID experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Meet criminal background and drug screening standards
