Shift Security Supervisor - Daily Pay

About the role

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. Your natural ability to engage with others reassures and inspires confidence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct gate guard and concierge officers during assigned shift
• Assign posts, monitor performance, and ensure coverage at all times
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to officers on procedures and customer service
• Conduct shift briefings, pass-downs, and post inspections
• Enforce company policies, post orders, and client-specific requirements
• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of Security Supervisor Experience
• 1-2 years working within a warehouse / logistics setting
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required

Pay

• Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 / HR (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

• Full-time 2:00 PM -10:00 PM Monday - Friday 40HRS
