Responsibilities
- Model exemplary safety behavior and address safety exceptions immediately.
- Conduct GEMBA walks to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Collaborate with outgoing and incoming SRMs for effective shift handoffs.
- Manage and prioritize shift maintenance activities, including material coordination.
- Communicate shift maintenance activities and key needs at shift DDS meetings.
- Escalate issues and communicate reliability exceptions and corrective efforts.
- Respond to safety, environmental, or operational incidents, assess resource needs, and coordinate resolution efforts.
- Provide feedback to Performance/Maintenance Leaders and develop action plans.
- Review and mitigate shift reliability concerns, focusing on maximizing productivity and minimizing waste.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in dynamic environments.
- Proven capability to drive performance improvements and support individual development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Maintenance Management Systems.

- Strong command of mechanical or electrical maintenance practices.
- SAP proficiency.

- Ability to apply financial analysis and statistical methods to drive data-informed decisions.
- Experience conducting field root cause analysis or five why type analysis.
