Shift Reliability Manager

Responsibilities

• Model exemplary safety behavior and address safety exceptions immediately.
• Conduct GEMBA walks to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Collaborate with outgoing and incoming SRMs for effective shift handoffs.
• Manage and prioritize shift maintenance activities, including material coordination.
• Communicate shift maintenance activities and key needs at shift DDS meetings.
• Escalate issues and communicate reliability exceptions and corrective efforts.
• Respond to safety, environmental, or operational incidents, assess resource needs, and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Provide feedback to Performance/Maintenance Leaders and develop action plans.
• Review and mitigate shift reliability concerns, focusing on maximizing productivity and minimizing waste.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in dynamic environments.
• Proven capability to drive performance improvements and support individual development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Maintenance Management Systems.
