Shift Production Supervisor-Corrigan, Texas

Primary Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing safe work practices - Providing direction and coordinating activities relating to production - Providing leadership to meet/exceed established operational expectations and goals - Evaluating manufacturing equipment for safety and functionality - Ensuring finished products meet quality standards - Performing complex problem solving while championing continuous improvement - Training and developing new team members

Job Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess high-school diploma or equivalent, stable employment history, and experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Computer proficiency is also required. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in manufacturing, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
