Requirements
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
- Monitor performance during the shift, take corrective actions as needed, and ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards.
- Maintain safety, security, and profitability of the shift.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
- Meet and help meet departmental targets during the shift.
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage crew effectively.
- Manage food safety internally.
- Manage quality food production.
- Manage scheduling.
- Train new employees.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun while working.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply for management positions in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
