Shift Managers - Opening, Day, and Closing Shifts

About the role

We are seeking Shift Managers with previous McDonald's Management Experience and availability to work up to $18 / hour. Shift Managers with limited availability may earn up to $17 / hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets McDonald’s standards, managing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
• May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping departments meet their goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance.
• Monitor and manage crew performance.
• Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure safety and security measures are in place.
• Schedule staff effectively.
• Train new and existing employees.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
