Shift Managers - Opening, Day, and Closing Shifts

About the role

We are seeking Shift Managers with previous McDonald's Management Experience and availability to work up to $19 / hour. Shift Managers with limited availability may earn up to $18 / hour. We offer competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets McDonald’s standards, managing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
• May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping departments meet their goals.
• Ensure food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety, and security.
• Manage crew and train new employees.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
